I met Julia Brewer Daily at the annual conference of Women Writing the West in October 2022. In addition to learning of her novel No Names To Be Given, she mentioned hosting a podcast she hosts, “Authors Over 50.”
I talked with many attendees at the conference, met new friends, and caught up with others I already knew. The conference seemed non-stop, and then it was over. Back home, unpacking, I found a note I’d scribbled (almost illegible like so many I write), a reminder about the podcast.
Following up on that note resulted in my being a guest on that podcast. Julia is an excellent interviewer. Listeners now know far more about me and my writing than I usually am inclined to say.
